10 January 2005 The Top 10 Foods to Eat Organically: Many conventionally grown foods contain high amounts of pesticides. Some of these foods are also ones you should be eating for their nutritive values and beneficial effects for your body. If you do eat these foods, and are consuming conventionally grown varieties, you could be exposing yourself to what is known as the "cocktail effect", which is the combined toxicity of the different pesticides applied to these foods. To protect yourself, you should be eating only ORGANICALLY GROWN varieties:
